You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. By linking your Aadhaar number to your Emploin account, you authorize us to use your Aadhaar information for authentication.
Issuer Consent
By creating an account on Emploin, you consent to government departments and organizations depositing digital copies of documents and certificates into your account or allowing access through URIs.
Service Availability and Disclaimer
While Emploin strives for high availability and security, we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant the accuracy or effectiveness of any content or service obtained through Emploin.
Limitation of Liability
Emploin and Zentek Infosoft Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Emploin, including indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
